What We Treat

Neurological Conditions
We Specialise In.

/ 01

Parkinson’s Disease

Physiotherapy can help manage Parkinson’s symptoms including tremor, rigidity and balance issues. We focus on movement strategies, gait training and exercises to maintain mobility and reduce falls risk.

/ 02

Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

Living with MS means symptoms can change day to day. We tailor treatment to your current capacity, working on fatigue management, balance, strength and maintaining independence.

/ 03

Stroke Recovery

After a stroke, early and ongoing physiotherapy is key to regaining movement and function. We work on mobility, strength, coordination and relearning everyday movements.

/ 04

Motor Neuron Disease (MND)

We support people with MND to maintain function and quality of life for as long as possible. Treatment focuses on mobility, breathing exercises, positioning and equipment advice.

/ 05

Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)

Whether from trauma, infection or other causes, brain injury recovery requires patient, consistent rehab. We help with movement, balance, coordination and building independence.

/ 06

Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)

FND causes real neurological symptoms that need specialist understanding. We use movement retraining and graded exercise to help restore normal function.

Why home-based care

Why Home-Based Neuro Physio?

For many people with neurological conditions, getting to a clinic is the hardest part. Fatigue, mobility issues and transport challenges can make appointments exhausting before treatment even starts.
