What We Treat

Musculoskeletal Conditions
We Specialise In.

/ 01

Back Spasm and Back Pain

Back spasms can be debilitating. We use hands-on treatment, gentle exercises and education to relieve pain, restore movement and prevent recurrence. Whether it’s acute or chronic back pain, we can help.

/ 02

Fracture Management

After a fracture, physiotherapy helps restore movement and rebuild strength once you’re cleared by your doctor. We work with you through each stage of healing to get you back to full function.

/ 03

Muscle Strains

Muscle tears and strains need the right balance of rest and movement to heal properly. We guide your recovery with appropriate exercises, hands-on treatment and advice on returning to activity.

/ 04

Ligament Sprains

Ankle sprains, knee ligament injuries and other sprains require proper rehab to heal fully and prevent re-injury. We focus on restoring stability, strength and confidence in the injured joint.

/ 05

Neck Pain and Stiffness

Whether from poor posture, sleeping awkwardly or an underlying issue, neck pain responds well to physio. We use manual therapy, exercises and ergonomic advice to relieve symptoms.

/ 06

Joint Pain and Stiffness

Shoulder, hip, knee and other joint problems can limit your daily activities. We assess the cause and create a treatment plan to reduce pain and improve movement.

Why home-based

Why Home-Based Musculoskeletal Physio?

When you’re in pain, travelling to a clinic can make things worse. Home-based physio removes that barrier.

With mobile physio:

  • No painful car rides or sitting in waiting rooms
  • Treatment starts sooner, which often means faster recovery
  • We can assess your home and work setup (desk, chair, bed)
  • Exercises tailored to your actual environment
  • More relaxed treatment when you’re comfortable at home
