Do you come to my home?

Yes — we are a fully mobile service. Our physiotherapists come to your home, apartment, residential facility or community setting, with all the equipment needed for your session.

Which areas do you cover?

We provide home visits right across metropolitan Melbourne and the Geelong region. If you are unsure whether we reach you, get in touch and we will confirm.

What funding do you accept?

We support NDIS, Home Care Packages, Support at Home, DVA, TAC, WorkCover and private payment. Let us know your situation and we will confirm how your funding applies.

Do I need a GP referral?

Not for private appointments — you can book directly. Some funding programs (DVA, care plans) require a referral; we are happy to guide you through it.

How does mobile physiotherapy work?

Your physiotherapist comes to you with everything needed for treatment. If you have recent scan results or a medical history handy, that is helpful to have ready too.

How soon can I be seen?

We aim to arrange your first home visit within the same week wherever possible, depending on your location and physiotherapist availability.
