The process is simple. Once you or your loved one decide to start, just let your case manager know you’d like to work with us. Your case manager will contact us to handle the documentation and setup. Once everything is approved, we’ll schedule your first home physiotherapy session at a time that works for you.

Yes! Physiotherapy is part of the Clinical Care Service under the Support at Home program.  Physiotherapy is fully funded by the Support at Home program with no out of pocket fee. Our team can guide you and your case manager through the process to ensure your funding is used effectively.

Khy Physio provides mobile physiotherapy across all areas of Melbourne. We’re based in the eastern suburbs but travel Melbourne wide to ensure you can access high-quality home physiotherapy without added travel costs.

We aim to see new clients within one week, depending on your location and urgency. If you or your family member require urgent support, we’ll do our best to arrange an earlier visit to get you started as soon as possible.
