Experience and Approach

Mehreen brings a warm, compassionate and practical approach to every session. With over five years of experience across community, aged care, NDIS and hospital settings, she is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger and maintain their independence.

She takes the time to understand each person as an individual, tailoring her approach to their goals, needs and everyday life. Mehreen also speaks four to five languages, allowing her to connect and communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds and help them feel comfortable and understood throughout their care.

In-Home Physio

Mehreen provides personalised physiotherapy in the comfort of your own home, creating a supportive environment where you can work towards your goals at your own pace. She understands that everyone’s circumstances are different and takes a flexible, person‑centred approach to help you stay active, confident and independent in everyday life.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Mehreen is a proud mum to a toddler, so family time is always a favourite. She enjoys exploring new places with her family and is constantly dreaming up new hobbies — even if finding the time for them is still a work in progress!
