Who We Help:

How We Can Help:

Our aged care physiotherapy services are designed to support residents who need more frequent and personalised care than what is routinely provided in the aged care facility. We understand that some aged care residents have complex health needs, multiple conditions, and changing levels of mobility. After working with hundreds of seniors living in the aged care, we are experienced in providing the extra support needed. Our aged care physiotherapist will work closely with the families, medical team and facility’s staff to provide an all rounded, consistent, one on one care.

Muscle Strengthening

Our aged care physiotherapy services are designed to help you maintain your strength, function, and independence, and to control further decline.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! We visit residents directly in the aged care facility. All sessions are completed in their room, gym, or any space the facility allows.

The process is simple, you can contact us directly, and we will sort the rest for you!

We will speak with the facility directly, and discuss with the care team to work together. Once everything is set up, we will come and provide our mobile physiotherapy service.

Most aged care due to the high demand, only offers limited physiotherapy and most exercises are generalised. Our service benefits those who are looking for more focused and personalised interventions to ensure residents get the focused attention they need.

We can normally see new residents within 1 week. If the situation is urgent (e.g., recent fall, sudden decline, hospital discharge), we will always try to arrange a time sooner.

Our aged care physiotherapists will bring all necessary equipment. We complete a full assessment of strength, mobility, balance, and pain levels. If you have any medical letters, hospital reports, or X-ray/scans handy, these are helpful if you can share a copy to us.

Absolutely! We regularly help residents who are returning to aged care after surgery, fractures, illness, or a decline in mobility.
